Polycarbonate Flat Punched Carrier Tape
Sinho’s Flat Punched Carrier Tape is engineered for Tape and Reel leaders and trailers for partial component reels, and it is suitable to be used with most SMT pick and place feeders. Sinho’s Flat Punched Carrier Tape is available to be manufactured with a board range of thickness and sizes tape in clear & black polystyrene material, black polycarbonate material, clear polyethylene terephthalate material, and white paper materials. This punched tape can be spliced to an existing SMD reels to extend the length and avoid waste.
Polycarbonate (PC) Flat Punched Carrier Tape is conductive black materials protecting components from electrostatic discharge (ESD). This material is available in a board range of thickness from 0.30mm to 0.60mm for a variety width tape from 4mm up to 88mm.

Product should be used within 1 year from the date of manufacture. Store in its original packaging in a climate-controlled environment where temperature ranges from 0~40℃, relative humidity <65%RHF. This product is protected from direct sunlight
