One of our clients in Europe has requested nine custom carrier tapes for a series of connectors, each designed for different positions: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 14, 16, 20, and 24. All these positions have the same part widths and heights, so we will need to adjust the pocket lengths to accommodate all these parts.
This is not a challenge for the Sinho engineering team, as we have successfully handled many similar cases in the past. We submitted our designs for all nine configurations to the customer within 12 hours and received approval to proceed the following day.
